CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum

Joining: Immediate Joiners With Experience of Digital Marketing Field Preferred

Job Summary:

DigitalVia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital marketing company focused on delivering result-oriented digital solutions We are looking for a proactive HR Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, HR policies, payroll, attendance, attrition management, and overall HR KRAs. Experience in digital marketing hiring will be a strong advantage. The candidate should be capable of independently running HR processes and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments (digital marketing hiring preferred)
• Manage and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Handle team management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Monitor and control attrition and implement retention strategies
• Manage onboarding, induction, training coordination, and exit processes
• Ensure completion of HR KRAs and KPIs
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and documentation
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and process compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager / HR Generalist
• Strong experience in hiring and team handling
• Prior exposure to digital marketing / agency hiring is preferred
• Good knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, attendance & leave management
• Ability to independently run HR processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Result-oriented and process-driven approach
