Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Global Clinical Cura Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to manage HR operations along with administrative and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, ERP systems (Odoo preferred), compliance, and coordination with internal departments and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll management, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration.
  • Implement and maintain HR records in ERP system (Odoo preferred) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain and support ISO 9001 documentation, compliance, and audit coordination.
  • Oversee general operations and administrative activities of the office.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate foreign guest visits, accommodation arrangements, invitation letters, and visa processing documentation.
  • Liaise with local authorities and legal entities for registrations, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation as per labor laws.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and training coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and management updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant HR experience (Managerial experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/HRIS systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience in payroll processing and ISO documentation is required.
  • Strong coordination and administrative management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
