Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions and support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and Qatar Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour regulations
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or WLL company
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
