About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the complete employee lifecycle a from talent acquisition and onboarding to payroll, compliance, training, performance management, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate will have 15 - 20 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations, a deep understanding of Indian labour laws, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance HR efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Manage payroll, compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and statutory audits.
  • Oversee training programs, performance appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HRMS records and analytics dashboards.
  • Handle exit processes, F&F settlements, and grievance redressal.
  • Utilize AI-based tools for predictive analytics, employee sentiment tracking, and workflow automation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or a related discipline.
  • Proven HR generalist/managerial experience (15 - 20 years).
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office Suite.

AI-driven HR capabilities, such as:
Using AI tools for talent acquisition (resume screening, candidate matching, interview scheduling).Leveraging AI for employee engagement insights and performance trend analysis.Applying Generative AI for drafting policies, job descriptions, and communication templates.Utilizing AI-based dashboards for HR analytics and predictive workforce planning.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
