Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The role plays a key part in building a professional, compliant, and people-focused workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources Operations

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.

2. Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Lead recruitment activities: manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and career development initiatives.

3. Employee Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle warnings, notices, investigations, and terminations in a professional and legally compliant manner.
  • Promote a positive work culture based on respect, accountability, and performance.

4. Payroll & Compensation

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, increments, deductions, and final settlements.
  • Ensure timely issuance of salary letters, increment letters, and official HR communications.
  • Support management in compensation planning and benefits administration.

5. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage visas, labor contracts, renewals, cancellations, and government portals.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and legal documentation related to HR.

6. Performance & Policy Management

  • Implement performance review systems and KPIs.
  • Advise management on HR risks, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (UAE experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Arabic is Required
