Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Certification in HR Analytics or PMS (preferred)

Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end human resource management at the Laxmi Nagar branch. The role demands strong expertise in recruitment, performance management systems (PMS), HR reporting, onboarding, training, and compliance. The HR Manager will work closely with branch leadership and corporate management to build a disciplined, accountable, and high-performing workforce.
