Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions of the company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building HR systems, policies, and culture from the ground up while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

Oversee employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, performance reviews, exits)

Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and relevant regulatory requirements

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Design and manage performance management and appraisal processes

Support management with workforce planning and organizational development

Manage compensation, benefits, leave policies, and payroll coordination

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Coordinate visa processing, work permits, renewals, and PRO-related activities

Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs

Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives

Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information

Act as an HR advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or professional services

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Policies and HR compliance

Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization is highly preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
