Job Summary
The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources functions for a real estate organization in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures compliance with UAE Labor Law, supports talent acquisition for real estate operations, develops HR policies, and drives employee engagement while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s real estate business goals
- Advise senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR best practices
- Lead HR initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales agents, property managers, leasing, facilities, finance, and support staff)
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and portals in the UAE
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation processes
3. UAE Labor Law & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, and Abu Dhabi employment requirements
- Manage employment contracts, renewals, terminations, and disciplinary procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
4. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
- Design and manage compensation and incentive structures, including commission schemes for real estate agents
- Oversee payroll processing, WPS compliance, gratuity calculations, and leave management
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, visas, and end-of-service benefits
5. Performance Management & Development
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs tailored to real estate roles
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
- Support leadership development and succession planning
6. HR Policies & Procedures
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs
- Ensure consistent application of policies across all departments
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRMIS systems
7. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Promote a positive workplace culture and high employee morale
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Support diversity, inclusion, and Emiratization initiatives where applicable
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably within real estate, property development, or construction in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE procedures
- Experience managing commission-based roles and sales-driven environments
