HR Manager

Role Summary

The HR Manager will deliver end-to-end HR consulting services to client organizations, with a strong focus on the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Hospitality sector. The role requires hands-on HR operations experience, deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to multiple clients while supporting internal HR activities of the consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and operational support to F&B and hospitality clients.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, salary structures, and manpower plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Lead recruitment activities including bulk hiring, overseas recruitment, and onboarding.
• Handle F&B-specific HR matters such as shift rosters, staff accommodation, overtime, service charge, and high attrition environments.
• Conduct HR audits and recommend corrective action plans.
• Support restaurant openings, mobilization, and manpower planning.
• Manage internal HR operations of the consulting firm as required.
• Deliver HR training and guidance to client managers and supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, including:
• HR consulting experience, and
• Proven exposure to Food & Beverage / Hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
