Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions at iapp Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labor laws
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Oversee hiring processes, interviews, and offer management
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
Performance Management
- Design and manage appraisal cycles and performance reviews
- Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans
- Identify training and development needs
Learning & Development
- Plan and execute training programs for skill development and leadership growth
- Support freshers, trainees, and interns through structured HR processes
HR Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR audits, and company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role (preferably in IT/Tech industry)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience in recruitment for IT roles
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT services environment
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
