About the Role
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the Bangalore operations of i2Global School while being based out of the Chennai office. The role requires sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates across academic and non-academic functions. The position demands strong communication skills, structured follow-ups, and the ability to work closely with hiring stakeholders across locations to ensure timely closures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for Bangalore-based academic and non-academic roles.
- Develop hiring strategies and ensure timely closure of positions within defined timelines.
- Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance processes.
- Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to organisational standards and labour regulations.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and employee data with accuracy.
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Chennai HR and Bangalore operational teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or independent HR handling role.
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Experience handling multi-location workforce is preferred.
- Ability to work from Chennai while managing Bangalore HR responsibilities.
