Position Overview

The HR Manager will lead and manage all People & Culture operations including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and talent development.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Develop university partnerships & internship pipelines
  • Build structured hiring processes with KPIs
  • Reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire metrics

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Oversee payroll coordination and final settlements

3. Performance Management

  • Design and implement KPI frameworks
  • Lead probation reviews (30/60/90 days)
  • Manage appraisal cycles
  • Implement performance improvement plans when required

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive engagement initiatives
  • Improve retention and reduce attrition
  • Conduct feedback sessions and pulse surveys
  • Promote a high-performance culture

5. HR Strategy & Reporting

  • Provide monthly HR reports to leadership
  • Analyze attrition, hiring funnel, and performance data
  • Align HR strategy with company growth targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–7 years of HR experience (preferably in IT/Tech industry)
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and documentation
  • Experience with structured recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech recruitment (Developers, AI Engineers, Designers)
  • Exposure to KPI-driven organizations
  • Experience working with international markets (KSA/Global clients)
  • HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CIRP preferred)
