Position Overview
The HR Manager will lead and manage all People & Culture operations including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and talent development.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop university partnerships & internship pipelines
- Build structured hiring processes with KPIs
- Reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire metrics
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Oversee payroll coordination and final settlements
3. Performance Management
- Design and implement KPI frameworks
- Lead probation reviews (30/60/90 days)
- Manage appraisal cycles
- Implement performance improvement plans when required
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives
- Improve retention and reduce attrition
- Conduct feedback sessions and pulse surveys
- Promote a high-performance culture
5. HR Strategy & Reporting
- Provide monthly HR reports to leadership
- Analyze attrition, hiring funnel, and performance data
- Align HR strategy with company growth targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of HR experience (preferably in IT/Tech industry)
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and documentation
- Experience with structured recruitment processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech recruitment (Developers, AI Engineers, Designers)
- Exposure to KPI-driven organizations
- Experience working with international markets (KSA/Global clients)
- HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CIRP preferred)
