HR Manager

We are a fresh fruits and vegetables supply and distribution company with a workforce of over 600 laborers across multiple accommodations and operational sites.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage, train, and improve the performance and discipline of our blue-collar workforce in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.

This role focuses on workforce control, labor performance management, and HR operations for large-scale manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise HR operations for 600+ laborers and warehouse workers
• Implement training, discipline, and performance improvement programs
• Monitor productivity and workforce behavior across sites and labor camps
• Handle worker issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
• Oversee attendance, overtime, leave, and shift structures
• Conduct onboarding and basic training for labor staff
• Coordinate with accommodation and operations teams
• Maintain workforce records and reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years HR experience
• Experience managing 300+ laborers preferred
• Strong disciplinary and workforce management experience
• Background in warehouse, logistics, food production, agriculture, or manufacturing
• Knowledge of UAE labor law
• Hindi speaking is a strong advantage.
