At iEnglish, our people are our greatest asset. We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our people operations. This isn't just an administrative role; you will be the backbone of our staff experience, ensuring that everything from payroll to professional development runs with excellence and integrity.

What You Will Do

  • HR Operations: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Manage monthly payroll processing with 100% accuracy and oversee staff benefits and leaves.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Identify skill gaps and design training programs that help our academic and administrative teams grow with the company.
  • Employee Relations & Investigations: Act as the point of contact for staff grievances and lead internal investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and a grounded approach.
  • Performance Management: Support department heads in conducting appraisals and building a high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • The "Human" Touch: You are a firm but empathetic communicator who knows how to handle sensitive investigations with a professional "cool head."
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law and experience with payroll systems/WPS.
  • Education Sector Background: (Preferred) Experience in a school or training institute is a big plus.
  • Proactive Mindset: You don’t just find problems; you bring solutions to the table.
