Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 6–7 years of professional experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and labor laws. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by maintaining effective HR practices, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies across the organization.
• Maintain and monitor statutory compliance as per applicable Labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance reporting.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Education

• Masters
• Experience: 6–7 years of experience in Human Resources.

Location: DHA phase 8 Karachi

Salary: 250,000

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
