HR Manager

Job Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role ensures that HR practices align with company goals while maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate with department heads to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

2. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor workplace policies such as attendance, overtime, and conduct.

3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support management in handling disciplinary matters.

4. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide improvement plans when necessary.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews.

5. Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Oversee employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with finance.
  • Ensure accurate salary calculations and HR records.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify employee training needs.
  • Organize professional development programs.
  • Support employee growth and career development.

7. HR Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain HR reports and analytics.
  • Track hiring metrics, employee turnover, and performance trends.
  • Provide regular HR reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management
  • Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and policy development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
