Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resource operations and support the execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role will focus on recruitment, employee management, HR operations, performance tracking, and fostering a positive workplace culture to ensure an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless integration.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and administration of employee benefits.

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of KPIs and performance evaluation systems.
  • Coordinate regular performance reviews and feedback cycles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance productivity and accountability.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive initiatives that foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace.
  • Address employee concerns and provide support in conflict resolution.
  • Organize team engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications.

HR Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain HR dashboards and generate recruitment and performance reports.
  • Ensure company policies comply with organizational and legal standards.
  • Provide leadership with actionable HR insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA-HR preferred).

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in education, technology, or service-based organizations.

Skills:

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment management
  • HR operations and employee relations
  • Performance management systems and KPI tracking
  • HR reporting and analytics
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

Work Environment & Hours

  • Full-time, on-site role in Rawalpindi.
  • Collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including 1-hour break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
