HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture. This full-time, on-site role, based in Doha, Qatar, includes implementing HR strategies, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training programs. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support organizational goals through effective human resource practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• 10 years of experience
• Experience in Odoo System
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Proficiency in implementing HR strategies, policies, and compliance standards
• Knowledge of training and development programs to enhance employee engagement
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and foster a collaborative work environment
• Proficiency in HR software systems and general office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage
