HR Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Manager to join our team at Benzify. As we continue to drive digital growth for national and international brands, your role will be pivotal in finding, onboarding, and retaining the talent that makes our innovation possible. You will be the bridge between our agency’s strategic goals and our most valuable asset—our people.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Onboarding & Culture: Develop a seamless onboarding process for new hires and foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
• Policy Development: Create and implement internal HR policies, employee handbooks, and performance evaluation systems.
• Talent Retention: Identify ways to improve employee engagement and satisfaction within a fast-paced agency setting.
• Compliance & Admin: Maintain employee records, manage payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HR or Recruitment (Agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing roles (Content Creators, Media Buyers, SEO Specialists, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
