We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our growing travel agency with operations in Lahore and Canada. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead HR functions, support management, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while working closely with the Canada head office to support overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation
  • Oversee performance evaluations and handle disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
  • Support staff development, training, and engagement initiatives
  • Act as a liaison with the Canada head office on HR-related matters

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience (experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional approach to handling confidential information
  • Night duty from 4:00 PM till 12:00 AM
