HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources operations with a strong emphasis on large‑scale recruitment and workforce planning. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing high‑volume hiring environments and building HR systems that support rapid organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR function including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Establish and implement a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) across all departments.
  • Develop performance evaluation frameworks, KPIs, competencies, and appraisal tools to support the PMS.
  • Ensure the PMS is aligned with organizational goals and cascaded effectively across all levels.
  • Train managers and employees on performance cycles, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor PMS outcomes and generate performance analytics to support promotions, development plans, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement effective mass‑hiring strategies to support business expansion plans.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for large workforce needs across multiple departments.
  • Design HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks that enhance organizational culture and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast manpower needs and create long‑term staffing plans.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention programs, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Manage HR teams, providing direction, coaching, and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in mass recruitment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in high‑growth or high‑volume industries preferred.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight hiring timelines.
