HR Manager

Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Develop training and development programs
• Maintain HR records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience (managerial level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
