HR Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field

 Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR and administration

 At least 8 years of experience in HR management, document control, and information management, preferably in real estate/infrastructure projects

 Experience in Oman/GCC region is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals

 Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

 Oversee document control and information management systems for project and HR records

 Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

 Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

 Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper staffing and manpower planning

 Maintain and manage HR records, personnel files, and documentation systems.

Pay: RO700.000 - RO800.000 per month
