Job Overview

A growing hospitality company based in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee full HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and general HR administration. The role manages a team of HR Executives located at each hotel facility. The manager reports directly to the Group General Manager and will travel occasionally to hotels across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HR Executives across multiple hotel sites.
• Plan, coordinate and deploy recruitment activities for all hotel locations.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and key HR initiatives.
• Deliver training programs and development plans for staff.
• Maintain HR administration, policies and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Required Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior HR role with broad HR administration experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and experience designing company HR policies.
• Proven ability to manage teams, travel and work across multiple sites.
