Role Overview

CabXperts is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Manager to oversee the company’s human resource operations in a dynamic 24/7 dispatch environment. The role requires strong operational HR expertise, workforce management capability, and the ability to build scalable HR systems that support company growth.

The HR Manager will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, KPI reporting, payroll hours management, and quality control oversight, while working closely with Floor Managers and Team Leads to maintain operational discipline and performance standards.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and can balance strategic HR leadership with day-to-day workforce management.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify workforce needs and maintain adequate staffing levels.
  • Implement structured onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new employees into the organization.

Employee Relations & Workforce Management

  • Maintain strong employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Monitor employee behavior, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure a professional, disciplined, and performance-driven workplace environment.

Performance Management

  • Develop and manage employee performance evaluation systems.
  • Work closely with Team Leads and Floor Managers to monitor individual and team productivity.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and coaching programs when necessary.

KPI Reporting & Operational Analytics

  • Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to track operational performance.
  • Monitor key metrics such as productivity, attendance, punctuality, and performance benchmarks.
  • Provide analytical insights and reports to senior management to support operational decisions and strategy.

Payroll Hours & Attendance Management

  • Maintain and manage employee hours sheets aligned with the payroll structure.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, overtime, shift schedules, and leave records.
  • Coordinate with finance and management teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Quality Control & Operational Coordination

  • Prepare and maintain Quality Control (QC) reports to ensure operational service standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Floor Managers and Team Leads to identify quality gaps and implement improvement strategies.
  • Support operational leadership in maintaining consistent service delivery.

HR Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and internal procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

Training & Employee Development

  • Identify training needs based on performance data and quality reports.
  • Organize training programs to enhance employee productivity and operational knowledge.
  • Support the development of leadership capabilities among Team Leads and supervisors.

Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

  • Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Encourage collaboration and morale within operational teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (BPO, call center, or dispatch industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage HR responsibilities in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.
  • Familiarity with UK-based operations and night-shift environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and data reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and workforce reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
