HR Manager

Position: Manager HR
Location: Karachi
Experience: 3–4 Years

MD productions is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage core HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure efficiency across all functions
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to final selection
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management
• Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, personal files, payroll data)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
• Support compensation & benefits processes, including payroll and leave management
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters
• Collaborate with departments to support operational HR requirements
