HR Manager

Job Summary:

Think Higher Consultants (THC), a leading education and immigration consultancy, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations and performance management matters.
• Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and support management in workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR practices, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
