About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Female HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and overall human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
