Key Responsibilities
§ Responsible to defined the Organization chart w.r.t management strategic business plan and projection.
§ Responsible to defined the JD, KRA and KPI for the position with approval from Department HoDs and Management.
§ Responsible to form Organization policies, Procedures and Code of Conduct.
§ Responsible to defined the Annual Training and Development plan and coordination of execution of the same.
§ Responsible to leave approval and rejection as per defined policies.
§ Responsible to calculate and manage the Payroll Management through Payroll software (absences, overtime, bonus, leaves etc.).
§ Responsible for culture development in the organization that will motivate employees and contribute to business growth.
§ Responsible to liaison with Gov. authorities, Third parties etc. for legal permission, legal requirement updagration and license etc.
§ Responsible to give necessary support to recruiter and ensure recruitment process is running smoothly with no gaps and ensure lowest attrition rate. Candidate should have functional knowledge of all departments in manufacturing company, preferably agrochemical company.
§ Responsible to Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and staff.
§ Responsible to conduct weekly meeting of all HOD and submit report to management.
§ Responsible to Assist in Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) to team member.
§ Responsible to deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
§ Responsible to hear and properly handle complaints and grievances of staff and workman and provide them a solution.
§ Responsible to track the KPI and Review of performance and submit to management for appraisal or at the time of increment.
§ Responsible to set and arrange the Diwali bonus with approval of management.
§ Responsible to staff welfare Program initiative and execution.
§ Responsible to identify the man power supplier (contactor), verify the documentation, contract review, negotiation and finalization of contactor.
§ Responsible to check the contractor bills and verify the calculation, rates and attendance and proceed further.
§ Responsible to administration related expensed and compute and approval of the same.
