We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the BPO/call center industry to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment between business goals and HR practices while maintaining a high-performance and employee-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Manage employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling within BPO teams.
  • Oversee workforce planning, shift scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and client HR requirements.
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and development plans.
  • Drive HR analytics, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience with at least 3+ years in a BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of BPO workforce dynamics, shift operations, and attrition management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and recruitment platforms.
