We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, result-driven HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and performance for our call center operations.

Position: HR Manager – Call Center

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Shift: Day/Night (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center staff (agents, team leads, QA, etc.)
  • Conduct HR interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, attendance systems, and performance reviews.
  • Handle staff motivation, retention, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain a healthy and professional work environment.
  • Coordinate with management for monthly reporting and payroll support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ HR experience in a call center or BPO.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command over English and Urdu.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
