HR Manager cum PRO

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, performance goals, and training requirements.
  • Complete the Recruitment process from A - Z including the visa process new & renew.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts and provide weekly updates to management on staffing, attendance and all related info.
  • Oversee performance appraisal cycles and create initiatives for employee retention and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
