Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager cum Recruiter to oversee end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment strategies, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture that aligns with company values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and online platforms.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct job postings on relevant portals and handle candidate communications professionally.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Handle employee documentation, offer letters, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.
Policy & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements and internal audit standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS/ATS).
- Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR and recruitment (preferably in a corporate or technical environment).
- Proven experience managing both strategic HR functions and daily HR operations.
