Job Title: HR Manager cum Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager cum Recruiter to oversee end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment strategies, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture that aligns with company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Conduct job postings on relevant portals and handle candidate communications professionally.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Handle employee documentation, offer letters, and exit formalities.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

Performance Management & Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.

Policy & Compliance

  • Develop and update HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements and internal audit standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS/ATS).
  • Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR and recruitment (preferably in a corporate or technical environment).
  • Proven experience managing both strategic HR functions and daily HR operations.
