HR Manager – Job Role

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Oversee onboarding (documentation, ID creation, joining formalities)
  • Ensure smooth handover to training department for induction
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS & personnel files
  • Manage exit formalities, relieving & full & final settlement

2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor biometric attendance & discipline
  • Check, verify & approve attendance, leaves & OT
  • Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
  • Handle incentive & deduction inputs

3. Performance & Appraisal Management

  • Define KRAs/KPIs with management
  • Monitor employee performance & behaviour
  • Conduct appraisal cycles
  • Manage performance improvement plans for low performers

4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Resolve staff issues professionally & confidentially
  • Conduct counselling & disciplinary meetings
  • Support employee welfare, communication & motivation
  • Reduce attrition & improve retention

5. Compliance & Policy Execution

  • Enforce company HR policies & code of conduct
  • Ensure compliance with:
  • Shops & Establishment Act
  • PF/ESI/Gratuity/Bonus
  • POSH Act
  • Documentation & reporting for HR compliance
  • Maintain statutory registers & records

6. Employee Discipline & Store Audit

  • Ensure staff grooming, punctuality & behaviour standards
  • Ensure adherence to showroom SOP & security rules
  • Conduct routine HR audits on store discipline & employee conduct
  • Support Admin & Security team for control measures

7. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Execute R&R programs
  • Plan festival celebrations, birthday wishes, staff welfare events
  • Create positive culture focused on ethics & service

8. Coordination Role

  • Work closely with Recruiter & Trainer team for manpower & skill development
  • Share employee performance feedback for training needs

Office Timing - 9:30 to 6:30 .
Location - Bora Service

Female Married with family is prefered.
Guwahati based

Need minimum 3-4 years of Experience in HR Field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
