Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and ensuring smooth workforce functioning across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, paramedical, and support staff.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws) and support NABH/JCI audits.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and shift schedules.
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Drive performance management, training programs, and employee development.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/Master’s in HR with 7–10 years of hospital HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare HR, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
