Position: HR Executive

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in Recruitment or relevant HR field

Qualification: Graduate or relevant professional degree

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance; higher package for deserving candidates)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting key HR functions.

Job Description:

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in team-building and training activities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
