HR Manager – Job Description (5 Years Experience)Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, talent management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support leadership in driving HR strategy, culture, and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate offer roll-outs and negotiate compensation.
- Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and new-hire documentation.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Update and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct stay interviews, pulse checks, and exit interviews.
Performance Management
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and KPI-setting processes.
- Support managers in performance coaching and development plans.
- Track performance issues and improvement plans.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain L&D records.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports (attrition, hiring status, attendance, etc.).
- Use HR data to provide insights for leadership decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Industry-specific experience (IT, manufacturing, retail, or similar).
- HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, CHRP) are an advantage.
- Experience in organizational development and change management.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
