HR Manager (Part Time)

We’re Hiring: Part-Time HR Officer (Evening Shift | On-Site | Female Preferred)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
Experience Preferred: Around 2 years in HR (candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered)
Job Type: Part-Time (On-Site)

Flexible Working Hours & Salary Options

We’re offering two evening shift options to suit your schedule and goals:

Option 1: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday) — 4 hours/day
Salary: PKR 25,000 – 35,000 per month

Option 2: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday) — 6 hours/day
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month

Salary will be increased after successful completion of the probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Support HR policies, compliance, and engagement activities
• Coordinate between departments for smooth HR operations
• Monitor attendance and assist with payroll-related tasks

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic HR tools
• Comfortable with evening shift (6 PM–10 PM or 6 PM–12 AM)
• Must be willing to work on-site in Wapda Town, Lahore
• Preference for candidates living near or within Wapda Town
