HR Manager (Recruitment Focused)

We are hiring a results-driven HR Manager with strong recruitment and hiring experience to support our growing insurance office.

Key Responsibility (Firstly):

Recruitment is the top priority. The HR Manager will handle continuous hiring, interviews, and achievement of monthly recruitment targets.

Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition & recruitment
• Conduct interviews & onboarding
• Maintain hiring pipeline & HR records
• Coordinate trainings & foundation programs
• Employee retention & engagement
• Weekly & monthly HR reporting

Requirements:

• 3–5 years HR / recruitment experience
• Experience in insurance, sales, or call center preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• MS Excel & basic HR reporting skills
