HR Manager (Russian speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Organize onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Oversee and optimize HR processes and policies
• Develop and implement training and development programs
• Collaborate closely with department heads to support business needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR practices
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in Russian (required)
• Business-level English is an advantage
