Job Description – SAUDI HR Manager - On-Site in Riyadh
Position Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and
processes. This role supports business objectives by managing recruitment, employee
relations, performance management, training, compensation, and HR policies, while
ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Participate in organizational planning and workforce forecasting.
- Advise senior management on HR best practices, policies, and trends.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Create strategies to attract top talent and reduce turnover.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure smooth hiring
processes.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain a healthy work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly.
- Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
4. Performance Management
- Develop and manage the performance appraisal system.
- Provide coaching to managers on employee evaluation and development.
- Identify performance gaps and design improvement plans or training programs.
5. Training & Development
- Assess training needs across the organization.
- Implement learning and development programs, workshops, and leadership training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll accuracy and timely processing with the finance team.
- Review and update compensation structures and benefits programs to stay competitive.
- Manage annual salary reviews, incentives, and bonus programs.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Manage employee files, contracts, and HR documentation following organizational
standards.
8. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership.
- Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness, etc.).
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s
preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or PHR are a plus.
