HR MANAGER / SR. HR MANAGER

At IMT, we’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations, champion our people, and help shape the next chapter of our evolving workplace.
In this role, you’ll blend hands-on HR knowledge and expertise with strategy—working side-by-side with the HR team and leadership to enrich the employee experience, refine people processes, and empower every team member to do their best work. IMT Insurance is committed to our employees and their families. When you work for IMT, you earn far more than just a paycheck. The IMT office was new in 2018 and offers a fitness room, game room and a variety of collaboration areas. This position supports a hybrid work model. For an initial period, you will be asked to be in office four days per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Hybrid schedule may be revisited in future. Below is a list of what IMT offers our employees:

The salary range for this position is $94,000.00 - $145,000.00
Starting salary and level of position will depend on level of experience
This position is not eligible for tips or commission but may be eligible for additional bonuses
