HR Manager – Talent Acquisition (Fashion D2C)

Location: Nangloi, New Delhi

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead mid to senior-level hiring, especially for marketing and growth roles in our fast-growing fashion D2C brand.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, take complete ownership, and efficiently manage multiple open roles at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, primarily in marketing and related functions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Ensure smooth and timely hiring processes with strong stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain recruitment reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in hiring within the fashion / D2C / e-commerce domain.
• Strong track record in marketing and leadership hiring.
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and speed.
