HR & Office Operations Coordinator
to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative activities at our Islamabad office.
This role is designed for a
detail-oriented professional
who can support recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and office management in a growing, innovation-driven environment. You’ll work directly with the company’s founder and leadership team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Vision Tact’s standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, from job posting and screening to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

Support the creation and maintenance of
HR documentation
, including employee contracts, offer letters, and the Vision Tact Employment Handbook.

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (Odoo, Zoho People, or similar).

Assist in the development and implementation of
HR policies and compliance procedures
.

Coordinate
office administration activities
such as attendance tracking, supplies, scheduling, and facility management.

Collaborate with the finance department to support
monthly payroll preparation
and employee reimbursements.

Handle
employee relations
and serve as the first point of contact for internal HR queries.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive, professional, and ethical work environment.

Assist with
internal communications, team coordination, and administrative reporting
to the management team.
Skills & Tools Required

Proficiency in HR and office tools such as
Odoo HR, Zoho People, Google Workspace, and ClickUp/Slack
.

Understanding of
IT, AI, or data science recruitment
and the ability to evaluate candidates for technical roles.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge of
HR policies, employee documentation, and compliance standards
in Pakistan.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(Master’s preferred).

Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR and administrative roles, ideally in a technology-focused company.

Experience managing HR records, recruitment portals, and office operations.

Familiarity with payroll coordination, attendance systems, and HR automation tools.

Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP, or similar) will be a plus.
