HR Officer

Doha, Qatar

We are growing and looking for a passionate, organized, and people-focused HR Officer to join our leadership team and help us continue building an outstanding workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance with Qatar labor laws
  • Handle administrative tasks including company documentation, licenses, renewals, and office management
  • Support employee engagement, culture-building activities, and internal communication
  • Manage payroll, leaves, attendance records, and employee files accurately
  • Act as the key point of contact between management and employees for HR & administrative matters
  • Support company-wide initiatives, staff events, and corporate gatherings
  • Ensure a professional, smooth, and organized work environment across all locations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in HR and administrative roles (preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail sector)
  • Excellent knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Professional communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
