We are growing and looking for a passionate, organized, and people-focused HR Officer to join our leadership team and help us continue building an outstanding workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance with Qatar labor laws
- Handle administrative tasks including company documentation, licenses, renewals, and office management
- Support employee engagement, culture-building activities, and internal communication
- Manage payroll, leaves, attendance records, and employee files accurately
- Act as the key point of contact between management and employees for HR & administrative matters
- Support company-wide initiatives, staff events, and corporate gatherings
- Ensure a professional, smooth, and organized work environment across all locations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in HR and administrative roles (preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail sector)
- Excellent knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Professional communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
