Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
- Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain updated employee files, HR database, and personnel records.
- Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, employment verification, etc.).
- Monitor probation periods and contract renewals.
- Payroll & Benefits
- Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and salary disbursement.
- Administer employee benefits (insurance, leave entitlements, end-of-service).
- Employee Relations & Support
- Address employee queries and provide HR-related guidance.
- Handle grievance procedures in line with company policies.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law (or relevant jurisdiction).
- Maintain visa, work permit, and residency renewals in coordination with PRO.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Performance & Training
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Keep records of employee evaluations and training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in the UAE/GCC).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with occasional site visits (if required).
- Standard working hours with flexibility based on company needs.
