HR Officer

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our team full-time onsite. This role offers hands-on involvement across the complete HR cycle, including job description drafting, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of HR experience and the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and update job descriptions and postings.
  • Manage recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Plan and contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and employee files.
  • Handle offboarding procedures and ensure smooth exit processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws will be considered an advantage.

  • Location: Onsite – Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13A
  • Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (full-time)
  • Salary: PKR 37,000 – 42,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
