Key Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, and leave management.
Coordinate training programs, staff orientation, and performance evaluations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and hospitality industry standards.
Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employee letters (offer, transfer, termination, etc.).
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across all departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
