Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings.
Manage recruitment processes including screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
Support in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Maintain and update employee records
Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Administer leave, attendance, and benefits records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
