Job Summary:

The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, implementing policies, managing recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Administer employee records and ensure accurate HR database management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
  • Support payroll and benefits administration processes
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Coordinate training sessions and performance review processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, etc.)
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
